SIMPLIHUB PLATFORM PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: July 2026This Privacy Policy is published by Simplifi Holdings, LLC ("Simplifi," "we" or "us") and describes how we collect, receive, use, retain, process, disclose, transfer, and secure Personal Information in connection with the SimpliHub platform ("SimpliHub"). SimpliHub is a platform through which authorized users may browse advertising packages, submit campaign order requests, and view aggregate campaign reporting on behalf of an organization with an existing relationship with Simplifi.
This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through SimpliHub. It does not apply to information collected through any other website, platform, product, or service operated by Simplifi unless expressly stated. Data protection obligations between Simplifi and the organization that authorized your access are governed by separate agreements between those parties.
"Personal Information" in this Privacy Policy is information about you that is personally identifying or could reasonably be used to identify you, such as your name, email address, or telephone number. The definition of Personal Information depends on the laws that apply in your location and may include other types of information as well, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address or other unique identifier. This Privacy Policy covers information we collect online only, unless local law requires otherwise.
1. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
This Privacy Policy may change from time to time, so please check back periodically for any changes. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by means of a notice on SimpliHub or by email prior to the change becoming effective. If you do not agree to such changes, you must immediately stop using SimpliHub.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect the following categories of information in connection with SimpliHub:
Account Information
When your organization authorizes your access to SimpliHub, we collect information necessary to create and maintain your account, including your name, email address, and login credentials. We may also collect your title, role, phone number, and the organization or location you are associated with, as provided by your organization or a designated administrator.
Order and Campaign Information
When you browse Campaign Packages, submit order requests, upload content, or interact with the Dashboard, we collect information related to those activities, including the packages you view, orders you submit, revisions you request, content you upload, and the campaign reporting you access.
Usage and Device Information
When you access or use SimpliHub, we automatically collect certain information about your device and your visit(s), including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, referring/exit pages, date/time stamp, clickstream data, pages visited, features used, actions taken, and session duration.
Analytics and Session Information
SimpliHub may collect usage, diagnostic, telemetry, analytics, and session information to operate, secure, support, and improve the platform. This may include error logs, crash reports, and similar diagnostic information. Simplifi may use third-party analytics, product intelligence, session recording, or similar tools in connection with SimpliHub to understand platform usage, troubleshoot issues, improve functionality, and support security and compliance.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
SimpliHub uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage and session tokens) to authenticate your session, maintain your preferences, and support platform functionality. We may also use cookies or similar technologies for analytics purposes as described above. You may be able to manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, but disabling certain cookies may impair your ability to use SimpliHub.
3. HOW WE USE COLLECTED INFORMATION
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To authenticate your identity and provide access to SimpliHub;
- To process and fulfill Campaign Package order requests submitted through SimpliHub;
- To display aggregate campaign reporting on the Dashboard;
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve SimpliHub;
- To provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
- To monitor for security threats, policy violations, unauthorized access, and anomalous activity;
- To analyze trends, diagnose technical issues, and understand how users interact with SimpliHub;
- To enforce our Platform Terms, acceptable use policies, and legal obligations;
- To send transactional communications, including Order Confirmations, platform notices, security alerts, and policy updates; and
- To send promotional or marketing communications about Simplifi products and services, where permitted by applicable law. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any such email.
4. INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
We will not sell, trade, or share your Personal Information with other companies for their direct marketing purposes, unless we have your consent. We may share the information we collect with other parties for the following purposes:
- Your Organization. We may share your account information and platform activity with the organization or administrator that authorized your access to SimpliHub for purposes of account administration, reporting, and compliance.
- Service Providers. We share information with our affiliates and third-party vendors who provide services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, session recording, customer support, and email delivery. These companies are authorized to use your Personal Information only as necessary to provide these services to us.
- Legal and Compliance. Simplifi may disclose information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) comply with the law or comply with legal process served on Simplifi; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of Simplifi; (3) protect the personal safety of users of SimpliHub or the public; or (4) prevent online fraud or other cyber threats, or to report, detect, and/or prevent security events.
- Law Enforcement. Simplifi is required to disclose Personal Information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
- With Consent. We may disclose Personal Information with your consent.
5. SALE OF ASSETS
In the event that Simplifi is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, including in bankruptcy, we reserve the right to include, disclose, and transfer any or all stored Personal Information and other data among the assets transferred to the acquiring company. If this occurs, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on SimpliHub of any change in ownership or material changes in uses of your Personal Information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your Personal Information.
6. THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISING AND TRACKING
SimpliHub is a business platform for managing campaign orders and viewing aggregate reporting. SimpliHub does not serve interest-based advertising to you on the platform and does not use your SimpliHub activity to build advertising profiles for the purpose of targeting you with ads on other sites.
Simplifi may use third-party analytics or advertising technologies on SimpliHub from time to time for purposes such as measuring platform effectiveness, understanding user acquisition, or remarketing Simplifi products and services. If such technologies are deployed, they will be identified in this Privacy Policy or in a supplemental notice made available through SimpliHub.
7. YOUR CHOICES
Email Communications
You may unsubscribe from Simplifi's promotional emails at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" on the emails you receive from us. You will continue to receive transactional communications related to your SimpliHub account, including Order Confirmations, platform notices, and security alerts.
Cookies
You may be able to manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may impair your ability to log in to or use SimpliHub.
Do Not Track
We currently honor Do Not Track signals transmitted by browsers by treating this signal as an opt out of any analytics-based tracking on SimpliHub, to the extent applicable.
8. ACCESSING YOUR INFORMATION
You may request to access the Personal Information that we hold about you, as well as to correct, amend, or delete such information when it is inaccurate or when otherwise required by law. To make such requests, please contact us at privacy@simpli.fi. We may take reasonable steps to confirm your identity. We will respond to these requests in accordance with the laws that apply to you and within a reasonable timeframe. We may deny a request in some cases when permitted by law, such as when the burden or expense of providing access would be disproportionate to the risks to the individual's privacy, or where the rights of persons other than the individual would be violated.
9. US PRIVACY RIGHTS
This section contains disclosures required by applicable U.S. state privacy laws and explains the rights that may be available to you.
In the past 12 months, we have collected, and disclosed to third parties for our business or commercial purposes, the following categories of Personal Information about SimpliHub users:
- Personal and online identifiers (such as name, email address, or unique online identifiers)
- Internet or other electronic network activity information (such as pages visited, features used, actions taken, and interactions with SimpliHub)
- Professional or employment-related information (such as title, role, or organizational affiliation)
We collect this Personal Information from the following categories of sources:
- Directly from you when you use SimpliHub;
- From the organization or administrator that authorized your access, and
- Automatically when you access or use SimpliHub.
We may disclose the categories of Personal Information listed above to the organization that authorized your access, to our service providers, to affiliates, and to other entities for purposes like legal compliance, as described in the "Information Sharing and Disclosure" section above.
We use and disclose the Personal Information we collect for our business and commercial purposes, as further described in the "How We Use Collected Information" and "Information Sharing and Disclosure" sections above.
We do not sell Personal Information collected through SimpliHub. We do not share Personal Information collected through SimpliHub for interest-based or cross-context behavioral advertising.
Some U.S. residents have certain rights under various state laws with respect to the Personal Information collected by businesses. If you are a resident of one of these states, you may exercise the following rights regarding Personal Information, subject to certain exceptions and limitations:
- The right to confirm whether Simplifi is processing Personal Information about you.
- The right to correct inaccuracies in the Personal Information we have collected about you.
- The right to know the categories and specific pieces of Personal Information we collect, use, disclose, and sell about you, the categories of sources from which we collected Personal Information, our purposes for collecting or selling Personal Information, the categories of Personal Information that we have either sold or disclosed for a business purpose, and the categories of third parties with which we have shared Personal Information.
- The right to access the specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected about you.
- The right to request that we delete the Personal Information we have collected about you.
- The right not to receive discriminatory treatment for the exercise of the above privacy rights.

For residents of certain states, if you have submitted a request that you believe we have not fulfilled, you may contact us to appeal our decision by sending an email with the subject line "Appeal" to privacy@simpli.fi.
We may need to request additional information from you to verify your identity or understand the scope of your request, although you will not be required to create a separate account with us to submit a request or have it fulfilled.
For residents of certain states, you may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf by verifying your identity and providing the agent with written permission to make a request on your behalf. An authorized agent may submit a request through the methods provided above.
SimpliHub is intended for business use only and is not directed at individuals under eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors under 16 years of age through SimpliHub.
10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS
SimpliHub may include links to other sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Simplifi. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these other sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through SimpliHub.
11. DATA RETENTION
We will retain the information collected through SimpliHub for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide you services, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer necessary for us to retain Personal Information for these purposes, we will deidentify, aggregate, or delete such information.
12. SECURITY
Simplifi uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards designed to preserve the integrity and security of your Personal Information and to protect it against loss or unauthorized use or disclosure.
13. INFORMATION SIMPLIHUB DOES NOT COLLECT
For the avoidance of doubt, SimpliHub is an order management and reporting platform. SimpliHub does not collect, process, or provide access to consumer personal data, audience data, individual consumer data, precise geolocation data, or device-level advertising identifiers. The Dashboard provides aggregate campaign reporting only.
